Returns are only accepted within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date the item is received. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
For items that are damaged or defective, we require photo or video proof of the issue to be submitted to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
✅ 2. Product-Specific Return Rules
Pet food, undergarments, and clearance items are strictly non-returnable.
Clothing items are non-refundable, but we may consider size exchanges on a case-by-case basis (subject to availability and approval).
Household items may be returned only if defective, with photo/video proof submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
✅ 3. Return Shipping Cost
Unless the item was sent incorrectly or is proven to be defective, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the returned item reaches us safely.
✅ 4. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to approved returns of non-defective items to cover handling and loss of resale value.
This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
✅ 5. No “Change of Mind” Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet our return conditions as outlined above.
