Shipping & Customs
All VIRELIA COLLECTIVE treasures are shipped with care via DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that any local duties, import taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Times: While we work with trusted partners to ensure timely delivery, international orders may take up to 100 days to arrive depending on your location and customs processing.

⏱️ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 working days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
For West Malaysia:
Standard Courier: 2–5 working days
Express Option (if available): 1–3 working days
For East Malaysia:
Standard Courier: 5–8 working days
For International Orders:
Delivery time varies by location (7–21 working days on average)
💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected courier service.
Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders (as announced on our homepage or promotion banners).
📮 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp/SMS. You can also track your order directly on the courier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to be updated by the courier.
❗ Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
High courier volume during festive periods
Natural disasters, customs delays, or logistics issues
We will assist in tracking any delayed packages but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
🚫 Undeliverable Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept:
We will contact you for re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
No refunds will be issued for shipping fees.
